Review & Submit

Please review your details, confirm the agreements below, then submit your registration.

📧 How registration works: Clicking "Submit Registration" will open your email app with your details pre-filled. Send that email to complete your submission. We'll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm your spot and send payment instructions via e-transfer to payments@sparklabcamp.ca. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.

✅ Agreements

I confirm my child is between the ages of 6 and 12, and is no older than 12 years old on January 1, 2026.

I confirm my child is fully independent in the washroom and does not require 1:1 EA support (or will be attending with a qualified support person).

I confirm that all medical, behavioural, and support information provided is accurate and complete. I understand that failure to disclose may result in removal from camp without refund.

I have read and understand the Cancellation Policy: full refund minus $50 registration fee if cancelled on or before June 19, 2026; $100 cancellation fee applies from June 20; no refunds after a session begins.

I grant SparkLab Camp permission to photograph and/or video my child for use in promotional materials. (Uncheck to withhold — this will not affect enrollment.)

I understand that SparkLab Camp is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items brought to camp, and I agree to the general terms and conditions of enrollment.
